3. What Is Not Covered (Commercial Use)

This licence does not include any commercial usage rights.

This means the images must not be used:

• For advertising or promoting businesses (whether your own or a sponsor’s)

In any post where the image is used to directly generate income, for example:

• Promoting a discount code

• Featuring in paid or sponsored posts

• Being used by sponsors (clothing, equipment, supplement brands, etc.) on their channels

If you or a sponsor would like to use any image commercially, please reach out. I offer affordable and flexible commercial licensing options.

4. Extra Edits Included

Some shots are delivered in both colour and black & white, or with alternate crops.

DO NOT crop out Remi White logo! Auto-crop often cuts out the action, meaning and damaging my artwork. Need a specific ratio? Let me know, I'll adjust it for free!

5. File Backup & Future Access

I follow industry-standard backup practices and securely archive all delivered images. If you ever misplace or lose your purchased images, reach out at any time. I will do my best to provide a replacement copy free of charge.

If you would like to turn any image into a high-quality print, framed print, or other wall art, I offer various options. Please inquire.

7. Important — Personal Licence, No Sharing or Transfer

Each image is licensed to the person who purchased it only.

You may not:

• Share or transfer images to other athletes or third parties (even if they appeared in it)

• Give or sell the images to sponsors, businesses, or other individuals

If an opponent, teammate, or sponsor is interested in images, please encourage them to contact me directly to purchase their own licence.

Why this matters: as an independent photographic artist, I rely on fair sales of my work. When images are copied or passed on without licence, it directly harms my ability to continue offering this service.
